Sanders stone

Mr. Sanders' inscribed stone 1949. Found 30 feet down the wall and filled with blackland loam for better photographic visibility. Featured in Dr. James Glenn's 1950 photo essay on the buried walls,reprinted by the Rockwall Historical Society 1992.
