*(p8 ) Albert Redder's Bosque County excavation along the Brazos River begun in the 1967, continued through the 90's. Carbon dated skeletons at 11,200 years BP.
*(p9) Dr. Eileen Johnson (Texas Tech) unearths 400,000 year old animal bones on the Roland Springs Ranch in Scurry County.
*(p9) Frank Sprague unearths an ancient village on the banks of the Leon River, carbon dates: 800 BC and 2000 BC.
*(p10) Bust recreation of adult male skull found at Horn Shelter on the Bosque River. "We can't say he's American Indian, European, or Asian..."
